1. Name and Price What customers see and pay.
2. Sale price Optional It must be lower than the price; the original price is then shown struck through.
3. Visible on the site Switch it off to hide the product.
4. Let customers add a note Customers can write a note with this item, such as an engraving or a gift message. You'll see it on the order in Sales.
5. Needs shipping and Weight Turn Needs shipping off for services and digital products. For physical products, enter the weight: shipping prices come from your shipping rates, and a product only adds its weight.
6. Options Up to two, such as Size and Colour. Name an option first, then press Enter to add its values. Each value can increase the price, for example Large +2.00.
7. Track stock When off, the product never sells out. When on, enter how many you have: one number, or one per combination if the product has options.
8. A product can have at most 200 option combinations (for example 10 sizes × 20 colours). If you need more, split it into separate products.

When Track stock is on:

1. Stock goes down when an offline order is placed, and when an online (PayPal) payment is completed.
2. A sold-out combination shows Sold out, and its Add-to-cart button is disabled.
3. The Product block opens on a combination that is still in stock.
4. Refunding or deleting an order does not put stock back, because returned goods may not be sellable. Update the numbers yourself if they are.
